We’re thrilled to be supporting the Winchester Hospice at this year’s Garden Show at Rookesbury Park.
Winchester Hospice, provide specialist palliative and end of life care to adults with a life-limiting illness, who live in Winchester and surrounding villages.
Their team works hard to ensure every patient is able to live their life as fully as possible in an environment that enhances well-being and privacy. They offer a range of care that is delivered both at the hospice and in people’s homes, and have a close working partnership with Hampshire Hospitals’ specialist palliative care service, community and hospital teams, as well as community care teams and GPs.
They’re proud to be part of the NHS but a large part of our funding to provide our care comes from charitable giving from the local Winchester community.
